Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes, we want your wedding to be fully customizable! We will work with your vendors of choice to give them access to our property. However, we will require all vendors to be fully licensed and insured. They will need to add Lone Shadow Farm as an additional insured during your event and proof of Event Insurance will be required.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes! With over 100 acres, we have ample room for your guests to park. Parking will be determined based on your desired wedding location (farmhouse or lakeside).
What happens if it rains?
Sadly, this is always a concern for an outdoor wedding. We can provide recommendations for tent rentals if you would like to have a back-up plan.
Can we serve alcohol?
Couples may provide their own alcohol, but service must be handled by a licensed bartender and proof of insurance (with liquor liability listing Lone Shadow Farm as Additional Insured) provided.
Is the farmhouse available for getting ready?
Absolutely! We have 2 large full-length mirrors in our farmhouse for the bride and her bridesmaids. Based on your package, you will have full access to our farmhouse.
Do you provide table, chairs & decor?
In the spirit of full customization, we keep our decorations very minimal. We provide 50 white folding chairs, 8 60-inch round tables and an arch for the wedding. Your selected florist can add just the right pops of color to suit your style.
